Origami Town
A new residential neighbourhood in Batumi, shaped around planted balconies, a car-free courtyard and everyday places to meet.
Project Context
Two towers. A more connected way to live.
Origami Town brings together two 22-storey residential blocks near Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani and Lermontov streets. Its character is defined by layered façades, warm timber accents and shared spaces designed to make daily life feel less enclosed.
The development is presented by Origami Holding, with maintenance and after-sales services covering shared-area cleaning, security and landscaping. Its place in our collection is lifestyle-led: the residential setting and developer proposition, rather than an external hotel or fashion brand.
